Strengthening of European Union funds absorption capacity for infrastructure construction projects.

Project aims
The aims of the project are to:
- minimize problems connected with disputes and claims in infrastructure construction projects,
- increase transparency of procedures in risk management and claims processes,
- increase the access to trainings throughout MOODLE in informal vocational education.

Project stages
Train-to-Cap project consists of a few stages. A first stage is selection and analysis content which will be included in manuals. Every partner will demonstrate their suggestions and findings included in reports on risk and claim management matters.

A second stage is the transfer and evaluation of materials concerning Risk management delivered by Polish partners. The next element of this stage will be preparation with support of all partners two manuals with set of trainings i.e. Risk, Claim and Disputes management as well tutor manual.
The third stage of the project will be conducting test trainings via internet (MOODLE platform - transfer from Italian partner) in order to implement prepared materials.

Summary of the whole project there will be the final stage of the project that is information dissemination concerning two manuals and training courses and their promotion on domestic and European level.

Project products
During the project lifetime it is planned to work out:
- one manual concerning risk management,
- one manual concerning claim management,
- one manual for tutors.
- training courses for each of manuals.

Project realization
To realize Train-to-Cap there will be used methodology, materials and outcomes from previous LdV projects realized by partners. This materials and knowledge will be widened and implemented to create new products adjusted to new needs. This manuals and set of course will be useful by EU funds absorption processes in infrastructure projects.
